most works in its considerable database. Rental agreements
are based on a duration of two
months. Upon expiration of the rental contract, the client
may choose to renew, continue renting, exchange work for
something new or terminate the agreement and return artwork.
Renting artwork is an excellent way for clients to evaluate
the meaning of a painting or sculpture in their home or
office and be certain that it is right prior to making
a commitment to purchase. It is also indispensable to promoting the rapid sale of apartments, condominiums and houses.
With extensive experience in providing art for rent, furnishing and styling properties for sale, McGovern Design House is a one stop shop for realtors and property owners alike. Our rental program works equally
well for those who are interested in temporary rentals
for a special occasion or simply to enhance and periodically
update their living space :
(1) Consultation Services
We offer an initial consultation free of charge involving
a visit to your office or home to give an appraisal that
will compliment your art needs. Upon request, a consultant
will meet with you and
then prepare a customized portfolio for review and approval.
(2) Delivery and Installation
We coordinate the delivery and installation of all art
rental programs. In the event of a client or other interested
party wishing to purchase a rented artwork, we will propose
replacement options and deliver another equivalent piece
per client's agreement.
(3) Fee
McGovern Design House offers a competitive rental pricing schedule.
Rental fees for artwork are based on overall size and
retail price of the piece. Please see the below schedule
for a breakdown of fee structure. In the event of purchase,
50% of the rental fee will be deducted from the cost of
